Please use the following buttons to book your classes and therapy appointments.
All classes (both Zoom and face to face) are payable in blocks of 4 or via membership - please contact us for details.
Sports therapy / massage appointments require payment at the time of booking. You will be directed to the payment site at the end of your booking.
