Sports & Massage Therapy
In addition to massage therapy, I can treat many musculoskeletal conditions including back and joint pain, tendon pain, strains and sprains and biomechanical issues.
Following a thorough initial assessment, I use a combination of "hands on" techniques, including massage, mobilisations, ultrasound therapy, trigger point therapy, taping and strapping and exercise therapy to get the best results.
