Sports & Massage Therapy

In addition to massage therapy, I can treat many musculoskeletal conditions including back and joint pain, tendon pain, strains and sprains and biomechanical issues.

Following a thorough initial assessment, I use a combination of "hands on" techniques, including:

  • massage - sports, deep tissue

  • mobilisations

  • ultrasound therapy

  • trigger point therapy

  • clinical cupping

  • vibration therapy

  • taping and strapping - using both kinesiology (RockTape) and rigid tape

  • exercise therapy - stretches, strenghtening & core control

The length of treatment may depend on the severity of your symptoms.

All initial treatments will include a case history, and will take 45 - 60 minutes depending on the body part and condition.

Initial Consultation & treatment - 60 mins - £55

Follow up treatment - 45 mins - £46

All treatments take place in a small, quiet and peaceful room in Sandhurst.
